Pulse Printing Products commits to a high standard of occupational health and safety and will
comply with all statutory duties to ensure, as far as reasonably practical, the health, safety
and welfare of our employees in the workplace and others who may be affected by our
undertakings.

Pulse is committed to comply with the occupational health and safety management system
ISO 45001:2018 and continually review and improve its requirements. We are acknowledging
that the continuous improvement in our occupational health and safety performance is
fundamental to the company business strategy.

Pulse Printing Products is committed to its compliance obligation and any changes in them
will be implemented accordingly in an efficient manner. We operate production
manufacturing in compliance with them.

We seek to continuously improve our occupational health and safety performance by regular
reviewing of our risk assessments and safe systems of work, internal and external audits,
management reviews, monitoring of level of accidents and incidents. We have a set of
occupational health and safety objectives which are reviewed yearly or when required.

Pulse will allow sufficient time and resources for occupational health and safety and is
committed to prevent injuries, ill health and incidents. We will communicate and consult with
our employees on matters that affect their occupational health and safety. We will provide
safety devices, protective equipment and implement safe systems at work to ensure safe use,
handling, storage and transport of products and substances. We will deliver necessary training
to our employees to ensure their competence in respect to occupational health and safety.

All employees have a duty to co-operate in the operation of this Policy by adhering to
occupational health and safety policies and procedures, working in a safe manner, using the
protective equipment, meeting compliance obligations, reporting incidents that have led or
may lead to injury of people or damage to property, plant or equipment.
